Your return will not be processed without prior authorization. Pieces cannot be returned because you changed your mind. This is art not Macy's.

We will either exchange the item or repair damage that is our fault. Please enclose your invoice and e-mail address with your returned merchandise.

If we make an error with your order (ie: wrong item or quantity), please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product or quantity. We will send a self-addressed postage paid envelope for you to send back our mistake. Please keep original packing materials.
